Our apartment is completely decorated for Christmas and it is a sight to behold. Thanks to my sister we eat on Christmas dishes. Mikey cut down our tree and carried it from the farm to our house :) My usual morning routine is brewing fresh hot chocolate with egg nog or egg nog with hot chocolate.

Eggnog and hot chocolate sounds good. I've never tried it.
By the way, I just heard on the news that getting a real tree is the GREEN choice! Because they are a renewable resource, they cut pollution, and cleanse the air. Fake trees are actually toxic and bad for the environment especially when it comes time to dispose of them. Good job for saving the planet!
What fun decorating your first home for Christmas. We were house sitting our first Christmas, but it was wonderful and very memorable. Love the dishes. Looks like you are having company.
